We are very proud of the support we are able to offer. All our staff have years of experience in providing the best email and telephone support to end-users. We prefer you to contact us by email if possible, but we are happy to answer questions by phone or fax.
The core products we sell are developed in-house, so your queries will be answered by the people who wrote the software and, as such, know the products inside out. We are also happy to hear your suggestions for improvements.
Our networks are designed for remote access and administration, so we can fix problems extremely quickly without having to get you to do all the work.
Precedence Technologies also provides software for free use. Click here to access the download page and links to other useful download sites.
We maintain a few useful tools to allow you to easily configure or check settings. Please click here to access them.
For information about warranties and the correct contact number to use, please visit our warranty page.
If you have a network installation, NetManager or ThinIT query, you can get email support from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not email an individual staff member as you may not get a timely response. For telephone support, please contact the Support Hotline on
08456 446 800
For questions about our Internet services, please email email@example.com.

"We have always had very positive dealings with Phil, he is always happy to take the time to try to resolve any problems we might have. He is always patient and ensures he explains himself clearly to us non-IT people."
