All ServiceSuite contracts are subject to IBM's Terms and Conditions, which need to be signed to confirm you agree to the terms. This can be done in two ways:

• You will be sent an on-line quote which you can electronically sign instead of sending us a manual purchase order. By signing to accept the quote, you also warrant that you accept the terms and conditions. This is our preferred method.
• If you post or fax a traditional purchase order to us, please print, sign and send a cost of the Terms and Conditions with your purchase order.
