Blocking all website with IP addresses

1. Create a new filter of type URL domain (regular expression)
2. Call it URL is IP address
3. Enter the following in the box (exactly): ^[0-9.]*$
4. Save
5. Create an access rule with Block If URL is IP address
6. Make changes live
