Putting calls on hold

To put a call on hold, press the Hold button at the bottom left of the screen:

On all handsets except the PTA, there is also a dedicated Hold button:

On the PTA, press the L1 line button

Resuming calls

The Hold button at the bottom left of the screen will change to 'Resume; press that to resume the call.

If your handset has a dedicated Hold button, press it again to resume the call.

On the PTA, press the L1 line button again
