Cloud Phonebook

All your phones can share a cloud phonebook as well as having their own local phonebook.

To access the phonebook press the Dir button (usually one of the buttons on the screen). Sorting is by number, on many phones you cannot change this sort order.

If you have portal access, you can edit your phonebook here.

Phonebook entries can be imported and exporting using CSV files as well as being manually entered. N.B a phonebook entry must have both a name and a surname.

The CSV format is:
"<name>","<surname>","<company>","<tel>","<mobile>","<other>"
