Plug-in activation on Firefox 30+

Since version 30 of Firefox, the Citrix plug-in (add-on) fails to load in Web Interface.

As a workaround, configure the Citrix plug-in to always activate, instead of prompting for activation.

• Press the menu button (Open Menu)
• Press the Add-ons buttons
• Locate the Citrix Receiver plug-in entry in the plug-in list
  • Press the activation button for Citrix Receiver and choose "Always Activate"
