Multi-configuration switching

As most of the NetManager settings (certainly all the ones required to get a working network connection) are held in a single configuration file, it is easy to switch between multiple configurations. This is very useful if you are making changes to your IP address when moving to a new ISP for instance, as it allows you to quickly revert any changes. Another example use is when you have multiple Internet connections and wish to switch to the backup temporarily when the main connection goes down.

To save or switch connections, go to the Console Menu and choose option S Multiple configuration switching. From the next menu you can choose option C Copy current configuration as new or switch to or update any existing configuration.
